Kartz Klub is the membership program of Kartz Pros, an ExtremeKartz network. These terms govern your membership and sit alongside our Terms of Service, which continue to apply to every booking. By joining, you agree to both.

Kartz Klub is offered as a monthly or an annual plan. The price and billing frequency are shown at checkout before you join — currently $49 per month or $499 per year — and the price shown at checkout is the one that applies to you. Applicable taxes may be added.
Payment is processed by Stripe against the payment method on your account. We never see or store your card number.
Your membership renews automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — at your plan's then-current price, until you cancel. We tell you this at checkout and record your acceptance when you join.
For annual plans we email you 30 days and again 7 days before renewal, so a yearly charge never arrives as a surprise. Monthly plans renew on your billing date each month without a per-cycle notice.
- Included service visits. Services marked as included with membership cost $0
when booked as a member — you pay nothing for the visit itself. Parts remain yours to provide unless the service says otherwise, exactly as for any booking.
- Member pricing. Services that aren't included carry a member price, shown on the
service when you're signed in. The discount is set per service.
- Priority scheduling. When several jobs compete for the same installer's capacity,
member jobs are offered first. Priority is a tiebreak: it does not change which installers are eligible for your job, move a scheduled window, or bump a job an installer has already accepted.
Benefits are attached to your account, are not transferable, and apply to bookings at addresses within our service area. Membership pricing never reduces what your installer is paid — the difference is ours to absorb.
If you join Kartz Klub while booking a service, timing rules apply to that first booking. The exact numbers are shown at checkout before you confirm; the current rules are:
- Annual: member treatment applies immediately. If the service you're booking is
included, today's visit is $0; otherwise you pay the member price.
- Monthly: you receive a join discount (currently 25%) on today's booking, whatever
the service. Included ($0) visits unlock after your first billing cycle — so a monthly member's first visit is discounted, not free.
These timing rules exist so the program stays sustainable; they are disclosed in the order summary before any charge.
Included visits are for golf carts you own or keep at your own service addresses. Membership is not for commercial fleets or for booking on behalf of others; we may review accounts whose usage suggests that and, after telling you, limit included visits or decline renewal. Any specific fair-use limits that apply to your account are shown in your account.
You can cancel anytime from your account (Account → Membership). Cancellation stops future renewals; your benefits continue through the end of the period you've already paid for, and then the membership ends. We do not refund partial periods. You can rejoin whenever you like.
If we can't collect a renewal, your membership becomes past due and we email you so you can update your payment method. Your benefits continue during a 7-day grace period while we retry. If payment still hasn't succeeded when the grace period ends, benefits pause until it does, and we may cancel the membership. Nothing here waives amounts owed for services already performed.
We may change plan prices or benefits. Changes to your price take effect at your next renewal, never mid-period, and we will notify you before a renewal at a changed price — with enough notice to cancel first if you don't want it. Benefit changes that are material will also be announced before they apply to you.
Membership does not change the nature of the marketplace: installers remain independent professionals, and the Terms of Service — including its guarantee, cancellation, and liability sections — govern every job, member or not. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
