Overview Kartz Pros ("we", "us"), an ExtremeKartz network, connects golf-cart owners ("Customers") with independent installation professionals ("Installers"). We are a marketplace; Installers are independent contractors, not our employees. ## 2. Bookings & pricing Prices shown at booking are fixed for the described scope. Parts are purchased separately by the Customer. Payment is authorized at booking and captured on completion. ## 3. Cancellations Cancellation and reschedule policies are presented at booking and may include fees as described in our policy engine. ## 4. Guarantee Completed installations carry a 30-day workmanship guarantee as described on your job page. ## 5. Liability [PLACEHOLDER] Limitation-of-liability language to be supplied by counsel. ## 6.
