Kartz Pros — Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 August 2026 · Applies to kartzpros.com and the Kartz Pros app.

By booking a job or applying to install, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

---

1. What Kartz Pros is

We are a marketplace, an ExtremeKartz network. We connect golf-cart owners ("Customers") with independent installation professionals ("Installers") who work at your home.

We are not the installer. We vet them, set the price, handle the money and stand behind the work as described in §7 — but the person in your driveway is an independent business, not our employee.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. The service area is metro Atlanta, Georgia; if your ZIP isn't covered we'll tell you before you book, and you can ask to be notified when we reach you.

3. Installers are independent contractors

Installers set their own availability, accept or decline the work they want, and use their own tools and vehicles. They are not employees, agents, partners or joint venturers of Kartz Pros, and nothing here creates an employment relationship.

Every installer must clear, and keep clearing, our vetting: identity and criminal background check, general liability insurance at or above our stated minimum, a category skills assessment, and payout onboarding. These are gates, not preferences — an installer who lapses on any of them stops receiving work automatically.

4. Booking, pricing and parts
  • Prices are fixed for the scope described when you book. No hourly surprises.
  • Parts are yours to buy unless the service explicitly includes them. If parts haven't

arrived, the job waits — we would rather reschedule than send someone to a driveway with nothing to install.

  • On-site additions (an extra part, an upgrade) happen only if you approve them at the

time, at price-book rates. Your installer cannot invent a price.

  • Promotional codes are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn.
5. Payment

Payment is authorized when you book and captured when the work is finished. For jobs booked more than about a week out we save your payment method and authorize closer to the date, because card authorizations expire.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. If a capture fails, the amount owed for completed work remains payable.

6. Cancellations, reschedules and no-shows

The cancellation and reschedule policy — including any fee and the notice window — is shown to you at the time you book, before you confirm. Fees exist because a cancelled job is a paid professional's wasted trip, not to punish you.

If your installer doesn't show, you are not charged, and we will rebook or refund you.

7. The work, and our guarantee

Installers document completed work with photographs. If something we installed fails because of the installation itself, tell us within 30 days and we will send someone back at no charge.

The guarantee covers our workmanship. It does not cover the parts themselves (those carry their manufacturer's warranty), pre-existing faults in your cart, or damage from use, misuse or weather after we leave.

8. Your responsibilities as a customer
  • Give us an address we can actually reach, and safe access to the cart.
  • Be reachable during your window — we will text you.
  • Tell us about anything dangerous: a damaged battery, exposed wiring, an aggressive dog.
  • Don't arrange work outside the booked scope directly with an installer, off the platform. It

voids the guarantee and every protection in these terms.

9. Kartz Klub membership

Membership is a recurring subscription with the benefits and price shown when you join. It renews automatically until you cancel, you can cancel any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial periods. Full detail is in the Membership Terms.

10. Conduct, reviews and suspension

Be civil. Harassment, threats, discrimination or fraud against a customer or an installer gets an account suspended and, where warranted, reported.

Reviews must describe a job you actually had. We don't remove reviews for being negative; we do remove ones that are fake, defamatory, or contain someone's personal information.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — installers additionally according to the standards in the Installer Agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, plus whatever the guarantee in §7 requires.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — lost time, lost profit, inconvenience.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Installers carry their own liability insurance, which we verify.

12. Disputes

Talk to us first — support@kartzpros.com. Most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and the courts of Fulton County, Georgia have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where they affect an agreement you have already made, brought to your attention so you can accept them. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
